BACK & BOOBIE (AKA: CHEST) WORKOUT  WARM UP 5 minutes on the rowing machine   COMPOUND SET 1 (4 sets)  12 each Dumbbell rows off a bench 12 Seated rows on a machine (or with cables)  COMPOUND SET 2 (4 sets) 20 Chest press to chest fly 20 Hex presses  COMPOUND SET 3 (4 sets) 12 Close grip cable pull downs from your knees 12 Straight arm cable pull downs  FINISHER (1 set) Alternate 30 sec. of Hyperextensions with 30 sec.
